Responsibility
- Reply to customer messages from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, WeChat and other platforms.
- Understand and address customers' needs, complaints, queries and requests.
- Process orders and transactions
- Provide after sales service
- Collect, analyze and summarize data
- Participate in marketing planning
- Take part in new product development
- Prepare sales and marketing and necessary reports.
