E-Commerce Executive

Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, web design, or online sales.
• Proficiency in various e-commerce platforms and tools such as WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Facebook etc.
• Knowledge of web analytics, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, etc.
• Creativity and innovation in developing effective online marketing strategies.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Relevant certifications or courses in e-commerce, digital marketing, web design, or online sales are preferred.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the development and management of the organization's retail and income-generating websites.
• This role involves conducting research on user-friendly features, testing platform changes and implementing updates to attract and retain customers.
• The E-commerce Executive leads teams of copywriters, graphic designers and software developers to create engaging e-commerce websites, manages promotional offers, ensures legal compliance and plays a key role in achieving revenue targets.
• Additionally, this role oversees the administration and marketing department consisting of no more than two individuals.
