E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE (HOTEL INDUSTRY)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced E-commerce Executive preferably in Hospitality Industry to join our team. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing our online sales channels, driving traffic and conversion, and optimizing the overall e-commerce experience to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

• Align with revenue management to leverage e-channel marketing and promotional opportunities to drive business though relationships with key partners i.e: Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia.com, etc.
• To manage Channel Manager (STAAH) including room mapping, connectivity with new online platform, to solve mapping issue where rate plan not found and so on.
• To access MyRequest portal provided by Wyndham group for submitting content, room type, and rate plan requests, as well as requesting assistance in researching third party issues such as rate parity.
• Perform audits to ensure that pricing in OTAs is offer same value all the time.
• Perform audits to ensure that pictures and hotel information in OTAs is updated and accurate.
• Built rapport with the market manager with monthly meeting or quarterly review.
• Coordinate with Revenue team on Brand.com activities.
• Provide production tracking, analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of all e-channel activities.
• Perform test booking whenever lower rate found in OTAs to ensure wholesale rates are not violating contractual terms.
• To Coordinate with the property and open ticket to support team on connectivity issues for SynxisCR, IDS & STAAH
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and customer behavior, affecting revenue.
• Generate ad-hoc reports for senior management to support strategic decision making.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• To ensure IDS, Chanel Manager & SynXisCR rate and market segment mapping are synchronized.
