Key Features of Programme:

Rotational Training:

• Engage in a Structured Rotational Program across different departments such as Ecommerce Fulfilment, Warehousing & Strategic Planning. 
• Gain exposure to end-to-end e-commerce processes and understand the intricacies of each function.
• Total duration of the programme is 1.5 years

Project Management:

• Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience which includes digitalisation and process automation
• Collaborate with teams to implement innovative solutions and strategies.

Data Analysis:

• Utilize real company data to analyze e-commerce trends, collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute operation strategies to match marketing needs. 
• Apply analytical skills in a practical setting to make informed decisions and drive business growth.

Learning and Development:

• Engage in real-world, on-the-job training across different departments
• Direct Mentorship with Directors of the company
• Gain practical experience in the day-to-day operations of e-commerce, understanding the intricacies of each function.

Requirements: 

• A strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a recognized degree, first class honors will be a huge bonus
