Job Description

• Developing and implementing an effective online sales strategy
• Managing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales in online platform
• Monitoring and analysing key performance metrics to track the success of online initiatives
• Identifying market trends and competitive insights to inform strategy adjustments
• Overseeing product listings, pricing, and promotions on the e-commerce platform
• Ensuring compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices
• Implementing customer retention strategies to increase repeat purchases and loyalty
• Continuously exploring and implementing new technologies and tools to improve e-commerce performance.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience as an E-Commerce Manager or similar role, preferably in setting up or managing an in-house e-commerce platform.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and emerging trends.
• Proficiency in utilising web analytic tools and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong analytically, organisational, and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and various online advertising strategies.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
