QUALIFICATION
 

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
 

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Preferably 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related roles, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Ads, Shopee Seller Center, and Lazada Seller Hub is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Analytics, and TikTok Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with customers online.
• Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Candidates who achieve good SPM results will have a greater advantage.

Job Description:-

1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns on Amazon, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada to promote our products/services and drive sales.
2. Create engaging content for digital platforms, including product listings, advertisements, videos, and social media posts, to attract and engage customers.
3. Optimize product listings and content on e-commerce platforms to improve visibility, conversion rates, and search rankings.
4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, such as sales data, traffic sources, and customer feedback, to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer service, to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with business objectives.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce to identify new opportunities and optimize strategies.
7. Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify brand presence and reach new audiences.
8. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on digital marketing performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies, including platform guidelines, data privacy laws, and advertising standards.
10. Continuously experiment with new marketing channels, tactics, and technologies to drive innovation and maximize results.
11. Perform costing analysis to ensure optimum profitability.
