Ecommerce Operations, Executive - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Job Purpose

• Involves working closely with Category Lead Team to manage and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce Merchandizing business
• Oversee daily operations in order to maintain 98% of excellence service.

Job Responsibilities

• Product Listing: To manage the Presto e-commerce platform, including product listings, image sourcing, updating of products listing information, ensuring that the products and stores listing/created are optimized for sales.
• Order fulfilment: Liaison with logistics team to look into picking, packing, and shipping of products. They also need to ensure that the products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.
• Order processing: The team is responsible for processing orders on Presto’s platforms on a daily basis, ensuring all orders are promptly fulfilled.
• Accountable for the overall warehouse and logistics operations including receiving, warehousing/inventory control, pick-pack-ship, and management of goods inventory.
• Logistic partner relationship: key Liaison team with Logistic Partner – eFMX, ensure good relationship with logistics partners.
• To co-ordinate goods inbound, goods receive between suppliers & logistic partners
• Stock Holding Inventory: Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery time, cost and efficiency
• Work with Finance department on inventory movements, inventory quantity accuracy, and investigating stock variances.
• Monitoring Inwards, outwards and stock movement across warehouses and maintaining proper documentation as per set standards.
• Monthly physical stock checks at warehouses to ensure accurate stock counts Warehouse Management - Ensure the most effective, efficient and safe use of warehouse spaces.
• To ensure daily orders fulfilled within given KPI period according to the respective channels
• Customer service: Assist in working with customer service team and close the issues immediately on pending orders or any urgent issues.
• Reverse logistics: Working with CS and Payment Operations team, the team is responsible for managing returns and exchanges, including processing returns, assessing product quality, and issuing refunds or exchanges.

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meeting deadlines.
• High learning agility, and passionate in driving results – comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications and systems quickly
