E-Commerce & Revenue Manager - Hiring Immediately

The position of E-Commerce & Revenue Manager involves developing and executing e-commerce strategies, managing the reservation team, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to drive revenue growth and enhance the online customer experience. To achieve this, you will be responsible for the following:  

• Developing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of the company’s online sales strategy, including managing online travel agents, optimizing website performance, and driving revenue growth through various digital marketing channels. 
• Leading a team and collaborating with cross-functional departments to achieve e-commerce goals.
• Maximizing revenue and profitability by implementing effective pricing and inventory management strategies, analysing market trends, monitoring demand, and developing pricing strategies to ensure that the organization achieves its revenue goals.
•  Collaborating with various departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to optimize pricing and distribution channels.

In addition, you will manage the daily operations of the Reservation Department, ensuring outstanding customer service, enforcement of hotel policies and procedures, and proper selling techniques designed to enhance overall hotel revenue.
