E-commerce Specialist

We are seeking an E-commerce Specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing various aspects of online retail operations. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, product management, digital marketing strategies, and excellent project management skills.

You will be expected to:

• Utilize expertise in any one of e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Shopline, Easystore, Sitegiant and others to set up and manage e-commerce websites and app.
• Perform product listing, categorization, and optimization, ensuring accurate product titles and descriptions.
• Monitor and manage orders, invoices, and inventory levels effectively.
• Assist clients in the onboarding process, providing guidance and support.
• Support clients in promoting their websites and apps through various channels, including social media, search engines, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Know how on manage online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTokShop, and Zalora.
• Leverage digital marketing expertise to enhance online visibility and drive sales, encompassing social media marketing, search engine marketing, and KOL marketing.
• Apply retail marketing and operational knowledge to optimize e-commerce performance.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to increase client membership sign-ups and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, with expertise in either e- commerce and marketplace management or retail and e-commerce operations.
• Experience in eCommerce platforms and marketplace (Shopify, Easystore, Shopee, Lazada) is an added advantage.
• Exhibit strong project management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timelines.
• A good attitude with a sense of ownership and willing to learn
• Team player with good communication skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing, Google & Facebook ads and data analytic tools like Google Analytics & Facebook Pixel is an added bonus
• Able to speak and write in Mandarin
