E-Commerce/Digital Marketing Executive - Urgent Role

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Developing marketing strategies to grow the e-commerce platform in Malaysia and SEA region.
2. Co-operating with the cross-functional team to fulfill e-commerce daily operation in SEA region.
3. Collaborating with category Managers to enhance product promotions.
4. Dealing with prices on flash sales to get better positions of featured products.
5. Replenishing e-commerce stock and coordinate with the purchasing dept.
6. Engaging and monitoring marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.
7. Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trend and identify opportunities for growth.
8. Upload product image in e-commerce platform with the most creative way.
9. Conduct extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major e-commerce retailers in the region.
10. Filling the market site with interesting products contents to engage with customers.
11. To manage company e-commerce platforms and marketplace such as Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok and Grab etc. in the region.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
2. Skills and experience in creative content writing.
3. Looking for an innovative and forward thinking candidate who will work hard and enthusiastically take on many responsibilities.
4. Experience with digital marketing and online sales.
5. Microsoft Software : Words, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
6. Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc)
7. Strong written and communication skills in English and BM Mandarin. Fluency in Mandarin will be required as most of our online users are Mandarin speaking.
8. Knowledge in IT Retail Industry is an added advantage.
