✨ Full-Time Position Details ✨
- Salary: RM2500-RM3500
- Location: Icon City, PJ
- Working Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Responsibility:
- Handle ecommerce order taking and respond to customer in chat.
- Handle complaints and feedback from customers.
- Handle refund & return case from customers
- Handle outstation delivery and normal delivery.
- Liase with marketing team on current available delivery slots.
- Arrange route of delivery using Google Maps.
- Liase with all delivery riders on daily jobs and problem.
Job Requirements:
- Min SPM / Fresh graduate/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, MANDARIN, English. Prefer Mandarin speaking candidates (SPEAK, READ and WRITE in MANDARIN) to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleague & customer.
