✨ Full-Time Position Details ✨

Salary: RM2500-RM3500
Location: Icon City, PJ
Working Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Responsibility:

Handle ecommerce order taking and respond to customer in chat.
Handle complaints and feedback from customers.
Handle refund & return case from customers
Handle outstation delivery and normal delivery.
Liase with marketing team on current available delivery slots.
Arrange route of delivery using Google Maps.
Liase with all delivery riders on daily jobs and problem.

Job Requirements:

Min SPM / Fresh graduate/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, MANDARIN, English. Prefer Mandarin speaking candidates (SPEAK, READ and WRITE in MANDARIN) to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleague & customer.
