What You Can Expect:

  • Provide technical support for Seeburger BIS (Business Integration Suite)
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor EDI transactions and ensure successful data exchanges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand and address their EDI needs.
  • Document support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in EDI technology and Seeburger BIS.
  • Handle incidents and service requests via ticketing systems
  • Analyze errors, logs, and transaction data to identify root causes of incidents.
  • Work as part of a global EDI support team, ensuring seamless support across different time zones and regions.
