Job Description

• Establish a good relationship with paid users through telephone and online communication according to the company's standard procedure and actively provide periodic one-to-one learning services to paid users.
• Supervise paid users’ learning, provide feedback and suggestions, address users' problems during the learning process, and help students achieve their learning goals.
• Be responsible for the renewal performance of paid users and improve the renewal rate.
• Complete work plans and monthly renewal sales tasks on time and maintain the student database.
• Improve customer satisfaction, expand customer resources, and promote recommendations and referrals among users.
• Regularly participate in meetings and training sessions, complete daily sales reports, and fulfil other assigned tasks.
• Undertake and complete any other tasks related to the effective delivery of the job expected of an Education Consultant, as determined and directed by the Company from time to time.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or, at a minimum, a Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin. Hokkien speakers would be an advantage. You will deal with Taiwanese clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
