Education Counsellor - UK & Ireland

Our Client is a global leader in the international education industry which operates a number of related business lines including; international student placement; English language testing; and English language Training. As part of their growth plans, they are seeking to hire dedicated, and experienced Education Counsellor to be part of their team.

Responsibilities:

• To finalize applications, provide excellent counselling services to students, and establish a good relationship with clients to ensure smooth conversion. 
• To be involved in events, exhibitions and promotions e.g. school visits, appointments, etc. of affiliates/clients.
• Provide counselling services and information on the UK & Ireland Education and related to customers (students/parents).
• Provide accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds customers expectation.
• Attend to students queries quickly and professionally.
• Attend to students complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Maintain a high degree of response towards customers confidentially.
• Maintain friendly & professional relationships with all stake holders including universities & student.
• Provide informative report and feedback of all marketing activities e.g. outreach, school visits to manager.
• Provide respective application data & statistics to management.

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of the UK & Ireland, and local education system.
• A Bachelors or higher degree in any discipline (or work experience equivalent).
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must have the ability to work and operate in a team and demonstrate team work skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Diligent and self-motivated.
  
• Upholds organizational values.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English (written & spoken). Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Remunerations & Benefits:

• Min Basic Salary RM2,600 - RM 3,300.
