Education Project Manager / Executive - Join a Market Leader

We are looking for an experienced Education Project Manager / Project Executive to join our team.  You will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of our education-related projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conception to execution, ensuring that each initiative aligns with our organization's mission and goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for education, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with international partners to facilitate the successful implementation of projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans and strategies that outline objectives, timelines, and resources required for successful implementation of international education projects between China and ASEAN such as study tours, international experts exchange programme and international research projects. 
• Lead the development of the project, ensuring alignment with industry standards, educational best practices, and the needs of target audiences.
• Build and maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including faculty members, researchers, administrators, and external partners, to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
• Establish metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of project, and implement processes for ongoing monitoring and evaluation to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project status, achievements, and challenges to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource utilization.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that empowers team members to excel in their roles.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management or a related field. 
• At least 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably with a focus on student recruitment or educational services.
• Good interpersonal communication, strong presentation and writing skills, especially in English and Chinese, to address broad spectrum of colleagues and external partners.
• Highly organized and self-directed professional who knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus and discipline.
• Willingness to travel domestic/ international, as required.
• Strong leadership, project management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
