JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enforce health and safety precautions.
- Determine number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- Ensure output meets quality standards.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Work together with engineering team and process team on the equipment issues/improvement.
- Implement ECN/ECR/EAN. Attend all ECR/ECR/EAN meetings and conduct briefings to the team.
- Calculate OLE
- Monitor production to resolve issues.
- Liaise with other departments to achieve department & company goals.
- Able to support on weekends and public holidays if required due to business & company needs.
- Able to support/complete any ad-hoc task that been assigned by superior and the company.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Outstanding communication ability
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or another relevant field
- Applicants must be willing to work in Perai, Penang.
