Electrical Engineer - Innovative Company

Job Responsibilities:
1. New Product Development
  - Participate in new product development according to company strategic plans to ensure that new products have a competitive advantage in the industry.
  - Continuously research new technologies and timely apply them to company equipment.

2. Solution Evaluation
  - Participate in project discussions and provide opinions and technical support for on-site work.

3. Project Implementation
  - Participate in task assignments, meeting, and team training.
  - Electrical selection for non-standard automation equipment, drawing electrical diagrams, PLC and HMI programming, debugging, and project design completion.
  - Conduct electrical design according to company processes and project requirements.
  - Responsible for the specific implementation of projects, control project progress, cost, risk assessment, and test review, and complete project design and development tasks.
  - Research related technical difficulties and conduct partial function verification.
  - Coordinate with the project department to organize and archive relevant documents according to company requirements.
  - Responsible for researching and tracking core technologies related to the company's business, and providing advice and support for technical decisions at the company level.

4. New Technology Introduction
  - Responsible for tracking and accumulating current advanced electrical control new technologies.

Job Requirements:
1. Education: Major in Electrical Engineering and Automation or related fields, with a diploma or above.
2. Experience: 5-7 years of experience in the electrical design or electrical development of non-standard 3C automation equipment.
3. Professional Skills:
  - Familiar with the functions, principles, and characteristics of various common electrical and pneumatic components such as servos, stepper motors, frequency converters, sensors, solenoid valves, cylinders, etc., and can select and apply them correctly.
  - Able to independently handle the electrical design and on-site debugging of small and medium-sized non-standard automation assembly equipment.
  - Proficient in using related software to draw electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout diagrams.
  - Familiar with PLC programming and touch screen program editing of brands such as Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, Panasonic, and Delta.
  - Proficient in using common robot brands such as ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, and Epson.
  - Strong learning ability and communication skills, good at teamwork.
  - Willingness to frequently travel overseas, particularly to Mexico and India.
  - Required language: English & Mandarin is a preferred in order to liaise with overseas suppliers and customers.
