Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess a certificate/diploma/degree in Mechatronic/Information Technology/Engineering/Engineering Technology (Computer/Telecommunication/Communication/Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic)
- Experienced candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required language: English, BM. Candidates who know Chi or Cantonese is added advantage.
- Candidates who have knowledge in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply : Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Access Control, Alarm, Intercom, Long Range Readers, Structured Cabling, Autogate, Auto door, Turnstile and Barrier Gate, Solar Power System

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, product training, product/solution recommendation and after-sales support to customer
- Perform product/solution testing
- Perform tasks as instructed by Team Leader/Technical Manager.
- Manage technical aspects during the sale of products by the company and assist the sales and service department regarding technical aspects of products sold.
