Job Description :
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer experience.
- Maintain and manage high performing store team members, managing budget effectively.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers and local community.
- Oversee store operations, and merchandising.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive store traffic visitation monthly.
- Monitor and analyze store performance, taking corrective measures actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunity growth.
- Support and help store/assists manager in all aspects of store operations.
- Ensure store meets or exceeds the experience performance targets.
- Assist in maintaining store HIGH customer experience performance and store presentation.
- Coordinate w store/assist. manager in marketing and promotional event activities monthly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any customer feedback/issues.
- Support store/assist. manager implementing company policies and procedures.
- Help manage store budget, and collaborate with the store/assist. manager to identify the area of improvements.
- Contribute to a positive working environment by being a team player who supporting each other.
Requirement :
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proven track record of successful store management at least 3 years experience.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in the retail industry is a must.
