ENGINEER

Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Engineering)

• Provide pre-sales and /or post sales technical support to customer.
• Support the sales team with technical data compilation and other technical related information required.
• Prepare and timely submit feld service and other technical reports.
• Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve customer related technical or quality issues.
• Conduct training sessions as required.
• Manage a work area, maintaining adequate supplies and cleanliness.
• Required to travel at short notice locally and overseas to provide technical support to sales and customer.
• Any responsibilities assigned by management.
• Applying principal knowledge and experience to provide solution & resolve problems.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical &Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good working knowledge in PLC/Robotics Programming, .NET Framework will be an added advantage.
• Preferably own a vehicle.
• Able to work under high demanding requirement with minimal supervision.
• Team player, pro-active, result driven, independent, strong planning skill, poses strong communication and interpersonal skill.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered for junior position and career development.
