Engineer - Central Strategic Planning

Take ownership of the offloading and optimization process across countries for GQ operations. Collaborate with global labs, engineering teams, equipment support, and partner central teams. Analyze current and the required future processes and systems that is instrumental to give insights on (1) resources requirement and (2) opportunities for improvement that support business needs. Initiate collaboration to scope out system requirements. Collaborate with main partners to plan for digitalizing systems. Assist with documentation and training needs for new processes. Manages projects to ensure desired results are completed within the required timeframe. Manage readiness of hardware, software and operation such that all are on track for the qualification to start on time to meet the required qualification release date. Promptly engage relevant partners to formulate recovery plan for real time issues encountered while preparing for qualification readiness. Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering & management, engineering, supply chain, or related field and/or equivalent experience. Two years of experience in planning or planning-related function Able to collaborate in various cultures to drive projects forward and to completion. Able to articulate problem statement and address root cause. Able to apply creativity and innovation into solutioning as needed. Self-motivated, strong ownership and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Very high attention to detail and data accuracy and quality.
