Engineer, Hospital Engineering Services

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. To prepare a Planned Preventive Maintenance service schedule for Facility system, and all key system in hospital

2. To monitor the progress of the PPM service schedule

3. To schedule corrective maintenance service for faulty of all facility system.

4. To monitor the changing of spare parts

5. To prepare and manage service contracts  with vendors

6. To oversee the testing and commissioning of new Building Facility, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, and Building

7. To oversee service vendors within the hospital

8. To attend internal and external training courses provided.

9. To develop procedures with regards to communication flow.

10. To compile monthly reports on maintenance activities.

11. To process stock requisition

12. To update equipment list

13. To participate in any new service introduced by the organization, and to be involved in all service quality initiative programs

14. To maintain and to ensure conformance to all policies and procedures in regards to quality management system

15. To perform any other duties assigned by the Management

16. Participate actively in any other new service that is

REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Engineering or any related fields
• 5+ years in hospital engineering or facility operations, with exposure to accreditation processes (MSQH, JCI, IMS)
