In your new role you will:
 

• Provide Level 3 technical support to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues on network infrastructure.
• Handle Incident Management and Change Management.
• Perform preventive maintenance and performance tuning in the network infrastructure.
• Perform network logging and system health check.
• Liaise with application groups on various projects and other system support requirements.
• Responsible for documentation and reporting.
• Provide global on-call support.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
 

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or any equivalent course.
• Minimum 1-2 years of network experience preferred.
• Competency in the area of basic device setup based on templates or guidance.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocols and networking technologies.
• Basic hardware, software, and configure troubleshooting of network equipment including a basic understanding of network protocols.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, including technical concepts and technology.
