Engineer - Production Planning & Control

Job Summary

1. Planning and prioritizing operations to achieve optimum output


2. Determining manpower, equipment and materials required to cover production demand


3. Developing controls to improve efficiency and reduce wastage


4. Responsible for inventory management and material storage

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate production workflow for multi-plant operations


• Plan and prioritise operations to meet targeted output and customer priority


• Plan sufficient manpower and materials to support planned production


• Implement controls to monitor and minimize wastage


• Control and optimize inventory levels

• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.


• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
