• Ensuring timely response to customer requests.

• Coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.

• Preparing and monitoring the Cost of Recovery by monthly

• Update status and progress to supervisor or higher lever

• Escalate any issue to a higher level

• Involved in tasks like scheduling, task delegation, and reporting to senior management

• To assist supervisor

• Overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies

• Prepare and submit report

• Assisting with special projects as needed.

• Managing and updating office records
