PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE POSITION
- Responsible in updating VDRL upon receipt of information from the Engineers
- Responsible in updating Project progress report on a regular basis and submit to PM & customer
- Establish and ensure that document structure guidelines and definitions are consistently applied across the organization
- Compile Project documents, certs, manual and prepare for official submission to Customers.
- Liaise with engineers to collect details / data to prepare common documents and submit to customer / PM
- Assist engineers to upload the drawings/Documents (prepared by engineers) to OpenText.
SUCCESS CRITERIA FOR POSITION:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Power point software
- Working Experience with PDF and other types of files editing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A good team player and able to work within a multi-racial environment
- Good organizational skills and initiative
