Engineering Manager - Generous Compensation

Product Development Unit:

• Lead and supervise the Product Development Unit, responsible for developing and enhancing company products.
• Establish and execute product development strategies, roadmaps, and project plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely execution of product development projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including R&D, design, and manufacturing teams, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.

2. Product Specialist Unit:

• Manage the Product Specialist Unit, which consists of technical experts with deep knowledge of company products.
• Provide guidance and support to the team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with operation, sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs, market trends, and product positioning.
• Develop and implement product training programs to enhance the technical expertise and product knowledge of the Product Specialist Unit.

3. Product Service Unit:

• Supervise the Product Service Unit, responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to customers.
• Develop and implement service strategies, standards, and processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to address technical inquiries, resolve issues, and provide effective solutions.
• Monitor service performance, analyse customer feedback, and implement improvements to enhance service quality.

4. Technical Reporting and Scorecard Preparation:

• Prepare technical reports, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis and engineering expertise.
• Establish and maintain a balanced scorecard system to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the performance of engineering initiatives.
• Present technical reports and balanced scorecards to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and information for accurate reporting and scorecard analysis.

5. Annual Brainstorming:

• Organize and facilitate annual brainstorming sessions with the engineering teams to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Encourage creative thinking, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas among team members.
• Evaluate and prioritize brainstorming outcomes, considering feasibility, market potential, and business objectives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to implement selected ideas and initiatives resulting from the brainstorming sessions.
