Engineering Manager / Senior Manager (Evergreen)

Manage the Manufacturing Engineering function in line with functional specific strategies, process and systems development, people development, employee relations, plant level metrics. Support Program Management initiatives and activities to meet or exceed customer expectations. Provide technical leadership to site operations, establish a technology roadmap, and collaborate with corporate and regional technical teams to achieve lower costs and higher manufacturing returns. Education/Experience Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred. Seven (7) years of related experience is required; Ten (10) years of related experience is preferred. Proven leadership skills and management experience.
