Job Description:

1. Conduct Preventive and Reparative Maintenance duties on automated production machinery, equipment, and fixtures.
2. Conduct troubleshooting for automated production machinery, including PLC, robotic system, vision system, pneumatic system, and Electro/Mechanical system.
3. Perform equipment moves and setups.
4. Assist Control engineer to perform equipment optimization activities such as engineering studies, software coding testing / debugging / validation.
5. Follow Dexcom’s Safety and Lock Out/Tag out (LOTO) program.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

1. Diploma in Mechatronics or Electrical / Electronic engineering.
2. 2-5 years automated production machinery hands-on support experience.
3. Must be able to comprehend electrical / pneumatic circuit diagram.
4. Must be familiar with various electrical / electronic components with its functionality.
5. Must possess minimum entry level of PLC knowledge, Allen Bradley experience is a plus.
6. Must possess robotic system operation and troubleshooting experience.
7. Experiences in vision system is an added advantage.
