Engineer,Product Manufacturing - Collaborative Environment

Your Tasks:

• Work closely with multiple groups including Project Management, Planners, Production teams, Product Development, Process Development, Failure Analysis and Quality teams to drive sample builds execution. 

• In charge to coordinate all sample builds and prepare timeline. Work out daily loading plan together with planner. 

• Close collaboration with production teams to monitor and track sample build progress against plan / target. Determine and work on recovery plan if required. 

• Update sample build status and prepare sample build report for internal review. 

• Ensure sufficient materials & tooling available and process readiness to support sample builds. 

• Review IPQC, OQC data and identify the error / fault during sample run. Summarize the issues and trigger for process corrective action and change management. 

• Study the max capacity model and reduce cycle time.

Your Profile:

• Knowledge in the field of product / process or manufacturing engineering 

• Knowledge and interest in optical components

• Basic knowledge in project management and statistical analysis tools 

• Analytical & problem solving skills

• Excellent communication, organizational, and team building skills. 

• Target driven personality with high execution focus

• Min 3 year experience in the field of engineering or manufacturing within the semiconductor or optical industry

• BSc/MSC Degree in the field of Engineering or Manufacturing
