SUMMARY OF DUTIES
The Front Desk is overall responsible for ensuring that all customers who enter the entrance to the main lobby are guided to the right place and answer all inquiries by our guests.
MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES/
1.To meet and greet all patients and guests that enter the main lobby and direct them to the respective venue.
2.To provide assistance to patients and guests who require a wheelchair and luggage trolley.
3. To ensure wheelchairs and luggage trolley are always available and in good working conditions.
4. To provide assistance to patients and guests who require buggy services – if the service available.
5. Portering patients to ward for admission or any other services as and when necessary or as instructed by the HOS or Management.
6. Preparing beverages for patients and guests at the waiting area.
7.To be responsible in taking care of lobby waiting area furniture, equipment, aquarium and environment (cleanliness of the lobby).
8.Lobby decorations during festive seasons.
9.Facilitate CCX in patient engagement activities.
10. Attend meetings held by the services to discuss issues and matters pertaining to the operation of the service.
11.To participate in any events/ activities as and when required by the Head of CCX and Management from time to time.
12.To project a professional image and grooming while performing daily duties.
13.To carry out any duties as and when required by the HOS or The Management.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Possess academic qualification of SPM
Able to converse fluently and write in English language and Bahasa Malaysia.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
On the job training/in-service training will be provided.
Experience working as a receptionist, customer service / hotel / healthcare is an advantage.
Willingness to work on scheduled hours, shift, and weekends, public holidays and anytime when called during emergency.
