Main Responsibilities
1. Management of appointments.
2. Management of brochures and flyers.
3. Handling of general inquiries and complaints.
4. Clerical duties.
5. Participate actively in any other new service that is introduced.
6. Ensure all policies and procedures of ISO ISO 9001:2015, ISO 140001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, 5S, and/or Hospital Accreditation are adhered to and records maintained, if and when these programs are implemented.
7. Ensure the policies on patients' and families’ rights are addressed at all times.
8. Ensure compliance with Patient Safety Goals (2008).
9. Ensure adherence to Standard People Practice (SPP).
10. Customer Loyalty Management (KPJ Cares).
11. The hospital also may request additional duties to be performed as deemed fit in the course of carrying out the job scope satisfactorily.
