Job Purpose
Contribute to the profitability and growth of Retail Business of the Bank by providing clients with holistic, needs-based financial solution across the Bank and Affin Group’s product ecosystem as Dealer Representative.

The role focuses on:

• Promoting the consistent use of the Bank’s platforms, products, and advisory solutions to enhance client experience and scalability.
• Delivering integrated investment, wealth, and financing solutions that complement clients’ financial objectives across different market conditions

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary relationship point for clients, understanding their financial objectives and aligning appropriate investment, wealth, and financing solutions that drive sustainable revenue growth and deepen client wallet share.

• Promote and cross-sell the Bank and Affin Group’s full product suite, including equities, derivatives, structured products, funds, bonds, portfolio financing, approved digital solutions, cards, deposits, and loans, with the objective of increasing product penetration and overall client lifetime value.
• Encourage and drive the adoption of the Bank’s standard online and offline platforms to ensure consistent, efficient, and scalable client service while supporting scalable revenue generation.
• Provide timely market updates and investment insights, coordinating with dealing and product teams where required.
• Manage client portfolios, trading activity, settlement, credit exposure, and risk parameters in accordance with Bank policies.
• Acquire and activate clients to achieve assigned revenue and relationship KPIs, with focus on wallet share expansion, multi-asset penetration, and recurring revenue growth.
• Participate in client engagement activities such as seminars, briefings, and roadshows to support business development and revenue expansion.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and the Bank’s internal policies and controls.

Skills/Requirement

• Fit & proper and possess relevant qualification to register as Capital Market Services.
• Representative's License holder (Module 6 & Module 7)
• Sound understanding of regulations, industry and market knowledge
• Achieve the KPI set.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels of stakeholders.
• Sound cultural sensitivity to manage relationships with people.
