Job Responsibilities

- Apply in Software Development Life-cycles (SDLC) to effectively reflect business models’ and requirements’ goals

- Interact with business stakeholders in order to understand their problems and needs

- Gathers client specification requirement and analyze business needs for development activities

- Analyze data, processes and usability input to produce clear & logical documentation of results

- Track, resolve and escalate issue for own projects while keeping relevant stakeholders informed

- Manage changes to projects’ scope, timelines, and cost while keeping business objectives in mind

- Measure project performance and perform risk management using appropriate tools and techniques

- Work with development teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are designing great features for our customers

- Define effective acceptance criteria to support development, manual and automated testing, and validation by the product owner and stakeholders.

- Coordinate and gather feedback from UAT and product review sessions

- Report on projects’ status and escalate to management as needed

Qualifications

- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in software implementation project management and business analysis in a cross-functional environment

- Bachelor’s degree in IT/business fields, preferred

- Ability to manage multiple projects/teams simultaneously

- Experience with dealing directly with Business Stakeholders will be added advantages

- Experience with managing projects following both Waterfall and Agile methodologies

- Experience on Agile business analysis, product backlog management and writing user stories and acceptance criteria

- Must be a team player with a positive attitude

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Demonstration of attention to detail, strong organisation and planning skills
