As an ERP Customer Support
Consultant, you’ll work directly with our clients to troubleshoot issues,
optimize system usage, and ensure their ERP runs seamlessly. This role is
perfect for someone who loves learning how businesses operate — and wants to grow
their career in ERP and digital systems.

What You’ll Do

• Provide functional and technical support to
  customers using Epicor ERP (Kinetic/Classic).
  
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related
  issues across various modules, including Finance, Manufacturing,
  Inventory, Purchasing and Sales.
  
• Understand customer business processes and identify
  root causes of system issues.
  
• Perform basic SQL queries, BAQ analysis, BPM
  troubleshooting and system investigations.
  
• Manage customer support tickets, prioritise cases
  and ensure timely responses in accordance with agreed SLA.
  
• Coordinate with internal consultants, technical
  teams and Epicor Support to resolve complex issues.
  
• Conduct system testing and validation in Test/Pilot
  environments before implementing solutions in Live environments.
  
• Maintain effective communication with customers and
  provide regular updates on outstanding cases.
  
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation,
  troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
  
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, product
  training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Information Technology, Business
  Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and
  written).
  
• A team player with a positive attitude and
  willingness to learn.
  
• Fresh graduates with a passion for ERP or business
  systems are encouraged to apply!
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in ERP support or implementation
  (EPICOR, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  
• Familiarity with SQL queries, reporting tools, or
  system configuration.
  
• Exposure to manufacturing or distribution business
  processes.
