Event Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking)

Job Description:

• Plan, coordinate and execute events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
• Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
• Setup budgets and ensure adherence
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Manage all operations
• Be the point of contact for any events run by you
• Able to liase with clients to understand their requirement for the event 
• Resolve issues before and during event quickly
• Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
• Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Proven work experience as event planner/ coordinator.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!
• Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and negotiation ability.
• A team player with leadership skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision
