We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Event Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events, from corporate conferences to social gatherings, dinners, roadshows, product launches and more. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless execution of each event by closely collaborating with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion
• Develop event concepts and themes in collaboration with clients
• Create event budgets and timelines and manage them throughout the event planning process
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure all details are in place for the event
• Manage event logistics, including set-up, teardown, and coordination of staff and crews
• Ensure that all event details are communicated effectively to clients, staff, and vendors
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that client expectations are exceeded
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event planning

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in client servicing within the events or related industry
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
