EVENT MARKETING - Hiring Now

1. Marketing Campaign Creation 

• Responsible for the conceptualization and execution of marketing plans for all products of USOP.
• The campaigns maybe ordered by the CMO or could be due to certain market necessities identified by the Marketing Executive.                      *The marketing campaigns are first created as a proposal to be presented to the management or CMO personally.

2. Briefing and Execution

• Required to be able to identify personnel of particular departments needed to execute a marketing campaign smoothly. 
• Once, identified the personnel will need to briefed thoroughly regarding the overall campaign and the personnel’s particular task. (Example: New designs will need designers, new features will need CS and STE team members).

3. Outbound / Customer Service Marketing Support

• To prepare and produce marketing material for outbound sales personnel. This includes both soft and hard-copy of marketing kits, videos, brochures, flyers, name cards and other related items.
• To translate marketing materials into different languages and region.
• Discuss with Regional Marketer for any new ideas or improvement.
• Supporting to Customer Service Team eg. Explanation of Campaign details, new features Mechanism.

4. Social Media Brand Presence

• To oversee each of USOP’s product’s social media presence and ensure the platforms are consistently engaging with the general public.
• Expands the brand influence of USOP’s products in the social media by sharing the updates to different community group eg. Facebook, Instagram.

5. Inventory Management & Stock Maintenance

• Oversee the handling, storage, and organization of trophy items.
• Regularly check stock levels and perform accurate inventory tracking for trophies, hoodies, caps, shirts and etc.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Professional Degree in Sales and Marketing / Mass Communication / Design and Advertising / Public Relation or equivalent. 
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Marketing. 
3. Willing to traveling abroad for work when necessary. Travel overseas 4 to 5 times a year - around 15 to 20 days each time).
4. Experience in data collection & analysis to have a better understanding of the market. 
5. Good understanding of the many functions of social media including advertising, posting, live event organizing. 
6. Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets deadlines.
7. Good command over the English Language (Bi-lingual individuals are prioritized). 
8. Knowledge in Google Suite Product (Google advertising, Search Engine Optimization, Google Analytic). 
9. Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, & Power Point effectively. 
10. Knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects is an added advantage.
11. Poker knowledge is an added advantage.
