Event Operation Executive - Growth-Minded Organization

Job Scopes:

-Deliver all events with good planning and coordination to meet events’ goals and expected results.

-Identify potential problems and take preventive action to ensure events and functions proceed as planned successfully.

-Coordinate event planning meetings across relevant teams and ensure follow-up action are taken accordingly.

-Evaluate outcomes of events and conferences for continuous improvement in planning and organizing of events.

-Manage event costs and source for appropriate venues to host the events.

-Promote and assist in all sales launches, marketing activities, events, courses, promotions.

-Asist in proposing effective marketing plan and strategies for all products and ensure these strategies are able to achieve company sales target.

Requirements:

• Possess own transportation
• Minimum qualification Bachelor Degree holder
• Outgoing and willing to learn
• Able to communicate in multiple languages especially Mandarin is an advantages, as Event executive will need to deal with different departments.
• Good Attitude and hardworking
• Self-driven and willing to learn
• Good communication skills
