Event Sales Executive

1. Client Servicing & Relationship Management

• Engage and follow up with both existing and prospective clients
  
• Gain a clear understanding of client objectives and event requirements
  
• Provide professional advice on event planning and execution strategies
  
• Build and sustain strong, long -term relationships with corporate clients
  

2. Event Planning & Coordination

• Oversee event projects from initial briefing through to completion
  
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, including design, production, and operations
  
• Liaise with vendors as well as mall and event venue management
  
• Monitor setup progress to ensure seamless on -site execution
  
• Manage last -minute changes effectively and professionally
  

3. Proposal & Budget Coordination

• Support the preparation of proposals and cost quotations
  
• Ensure alignment between client budgets and execution feasibility
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage and control project costs
  
• Ensure projects achieve targeted gross profit margins
  

4. Project Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  
• Ensure cross -functional alignment prior to event setup
  
• Attend site visits and rehearsals as required
  
• Prepare post -event reports, including outcomes and feedback
  

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the event management industry
  
• Proven exposure to roadshows, mall events, product launches, brand activations, exhibitions, or corporate events
  
• Solid understanding of end -to -end event workflows, from concept development to dismantling
