We are looking for a result driven and highly enthusiastic person to support event sales for our restaurant business.  This is a remote role which will allow you to work flexibly from home. 

Responsibilities 

You will mainly be responsible for handling event inquiries to our restaurants. These events may include large group bookings, corporate parties, or private celebrations. This is a customer facing role and you will mainly conduct your work through email, WhatsApp or phone calls. 

The detailed responsibilities include: 

  • Handle all incoming customer event inquiries to our restaurants.
  • Prepare proposals and event orders to customers. 
  • Coordinate payment matters with customers and our operations team.  
  • Coordinate event instructions with operations teams to ensure proper execution.  
  • Where relevant, liaise with external vendors to deliver on event requirements.
  • Conduct post-event follow up with customers and operations team.  
  • Prepare reports on event sales, maintain sales database, and provide.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English
  • Cheery and welcoming personality with a professional demeanour.
  • Able to work independently, self-driven and highly responsive. 
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in F&B sales, retail, or frontline customer service roles.
  • Has a conducive work environment at home. 
  • Access to high-speed broadband at home.
