Executive Assistant Manager is responsible for providing leadership direction to the hotel by maximizing financial returns, driving development of people, creating and maintaining memorable guest experiences, executing on brand standards, and building awareness of hotel and brand in the local community.
The job involves providing administrative assistance, maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, performing minor accounting duties, and organizing meetings.
The Executive Assistant Manager is also responsible for keeping a perfect coordination between all departments and controlling their operation with regards to the company’s standards, revenues and controlling costs and the highest comfort and satisfaction for guests.
