MAIN DUTIES:
1.To monitoring staff and activities in business office.
2. Preparing monthly report.
3. To ensure unsent OP bills properly monitor and submitted.
4. To ensure unallocated RC/RD being properly monitor and allocated.
5. To be responsible on completeness of the documents.
6. To carry out other relevant duties as an employee as stipulated in Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and Regulations:
a. To take reasonable care at work for the safety of yourself and other persons.
b. To co-operate with your employer or any other persons in the discharge of any duty.
c. To wear or use any protective equipment or clothing provided by the employer.
d. To comply with any instruction or measure on Occupational Safety and Health (OHS).
7. Involvement in determining actions to address risk associated with threats and opportunities for hospital eg HIRARC; Other OHS Risks & Other OHS Opportunities; EAI; Risk Register (Business Risk & Business Opportunities); Environmental Risk & Environmental Opportunities; the needs & expectations of interested parties, internal & external issues.
8. Ensure all policies and procedures of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and MSQH Hospital Accreditation Standard are adhered to and records maintained, if and when these programs are implemented.
9. Participate in 5S / QE activities.
10. To maintain proper housekeeping in the services / ward
11. Ensure the policies on patient and family rights are addressed at all times.
12. Ensure compliance to Patient Safety Goals as safety improvement measures which have adopted by KPJ Tawakkal KL.
13. To maintain proper Hand Hygiene at workplace.
14. Ensure adherence to The KPJ Way / Standard People Practice (SPP).
15. Involvement in Risk Management exercise inclusive of Incident Reporting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
16. To participate and to support all activities pertaining to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 including the commitment to comply with legal requirements.
17. Involvement in Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) exercise inclusive of training, awareness and documentation.
18. Involvement in Business Continuity Management (BCM) exercise inclusive of Business Impact Assessment (BIA) and/or Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and/or exercise (drill) and/or other documentation.
19. Other Duties.
