To be eligible for this role, you will require :
- Minimum qualification of Certificate/ Diploma in any related fields.
- At least 3 years working experience in car park operations would be an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur City Centre.
- Good command and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Your responsibilities will be :
- To assist in preparation of working and manpower distribution schedule in the form of time table to suit car park needs.
- To make recommendation to management concerning matters like confirmation, promotions, disciplinary actions, warning, termination of services.
- To carry out spot check/auditing tickets, journal paper and manual tickets.
- To expose any form of theft/crime of car park collection.
- To train car park supervisors and customer support assistants of their individual and collective duties and responsibilities.
- To ensure car park supervisors and customer support assistant are properly attired and presentable during duty hours.
- To monitor the blocking of monthly/quarterly season pass cards by the Finance Department.
- To review all the relevant reports from car park system and discuss with superior for improvement.
- To ensure staff meeting is conduct at least once per month and matters discussed are documented.
- To ensure staff handle customers with care and politeness.
- To ensure outsourced security are strategically positioned during peak exit and entry hours to quickly disperse any traffic congestion in the car park.
- To check and verify supervisor daily checklist and report to superior on issue that need urgent attention.
- To ensure prevention measure on car park equipment has been carried out according to schedule.
- To ensure sufficient stock on ticket and part of equipment with car park credit control.
- To prepare daily collection report to finance department together with the official receipt and bank in slip.
- To ensure proper and on time submission of daily reports from car park to Finance Department.
- To ensure all ticket, collection and system reports generated are filed and are accounted for future audit.
- To ensure proper control and compliance of car park operations particularly in cash collection / safe opening & closing / bank – in procedures.
- To supervise and monitor car park supervisors/customer support assistants when doing skimming and top up at auto pay machine.
- To conduct audit on system reports and report the finding to superior.
- To ensure daily back up on CCTV has been carried out accordingly.
- To ensure the equipment maintenance being carried out as per maintenance schedule and report to superior.
- To ensure cash handling policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- To perform any related duties and special tasks as assigned by the superiors.
- To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
