Job Descriptions
Coordinating/ scheduling meetings/ appointment for Corporate Communications
Responsible in preparing Minutes of Meeting (as and when required)
Handling administrative works ie recording the incoming/outgoing documents for Corporate Communication and processing payments for Corporate Communication
Receiving incoming calls/ enquiries related to Corporate Communications
Handling complaints received from tenants
Coordinate Company Corporate Events/ CSR
Develop and execute the Company’s corporate communications strategies that will enhance corporate image.
Work with marketing and sales team to ensure the marketing materials have a consistent messaging
Create content for press releases, newsletters, etc. by working with other stakeholders
Ensure any of articles, social media content, and press releases align with our brand guidelines
Develop and cultivate strong relationships with media representatives as well as identify opportunities to raise our corporate image through such relationships
Respond to media queries and requests for interviews from press
