Executive - Corporate Finance/Corporate Affairs

Job Descriptions: 

• Assist to handle investor relations matter for the Group, including communicating with company's shareholders, other stakeholders and the financial community
• Assist in the preparation of announcements, circulars, board papers, presentations, annual reports as well as AGM matters
• Assist in undertaking feasibility studies, valuation and research on corporate projects/exercises

Job Requirement: 

• Bachelor degree in Business/ Finance/ Accounting or related professional qualifications.
• 3 years experience in investment bank/ accounting firms/ corporations (corporate finance) preferred.
• Experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, accounting & evaluation of financial viability of projects as well as analytical skills.
• Strong command (verbal and written) in English for reporting and networking purposes.
