EXECUTIVE, CORPORATE PLANNING - with Growth Opportunities

As an Executive in Corporate Planning, you will be responsible for assisting the management in analyzing market trends, financial data, and company performance to develop strategic plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

Collaborate with Senior Management to develop and refine the company's long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and mission.

Market Research & Intelligence

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth and expansion.

Market Intelligence

Gather & analyze information on markets, market share, competitors and customers’ activity through the use of market research data via internal and external information sources. 

Financial Modeling

Utilize financial modeling techniques to evaluate potential investments, forecast financial performance, and assess the impact of strategic decisions on the company's bottom line.

Due Diligence

Assist the Manager in analyzing financial data and operational results of businesses, review and identify the key findings/trends, as well as challenges assumptions of future performance, write reports for management deliberation and decision making. 

Merges And Acquisition

Gather information about growth, competitors, and market share possibilities on the potential company. Also assist in reviewing company fundamentals and financial statement to help Management make decisions on a deal. 

Presentation and Reporting

Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate strategic plans, progress updates, and performance insights to senior management.

Continuous Improvement

Stay abreast of industry best practices, market trends, and regulatory changes to recommend adjustments to strategic plans and ensure the company maintains a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 
• Experience in strategic planning and corporate development roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and precisely. 
• Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools, such as Excel, and familiarity with business intelligence software.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
