Executive – Credit Admin
Responsibilities: -
- Perform credit admin job i.e. sending progress billings, issuance of official receipts, notices, reminders, termination, cancellation and refund, etc.
- Follow up on loan documentation and collections.
- Handling files from conclusions of sales to delivery of vacant possession (keys collection).
- To attend to purchasers inquiries, walk-in and telephone calls.
- Liaise with bankers and solicitors on loan documentation and disbursement.
- Handling vacant possession upon Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) issued.
- Handle execution of Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) and strata title matter upon issuance of strata title.
- Ad-hoc task or special assignment required by superior or the management, etc.
Requirements:
- SPM / STPM / Diploma Holder / Degree Holder.
- 2-3 year’s experience in credit admin.
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Self-motivated and fast learner.
- Handle job given pertaining to credit admin diligently.
- Pro Reds / IFCA / MHW system is an advantage.
- Microsoft office / Microsoft Word / Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Customer service and phone etiquette.
