Executive, Credit Control (Property Developer) - Collaborative Environment

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least SPM/DIPLOMA/DEGREE or equivalent. 
• Proficient in both written and spoken- English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Able to communicate well with customers and colleagues. 
• Proficient in the usage of computer skills. 
• Tolerant and flexible to different situations. 
• Balanced emotion with highly motivated and sustainable spirit. 
• Willing to learn and able to work independently. 
• Positive attitude, disciplined, dedicated and resourceful. 

Job Description:

• To Organize day to day activities of the department 
• Work within SOP guidelines and Balance Scorecard. 
• Able to multitask in order to meet deadline. 
• Capture confirmed sales of purchaser/s details at ERP system correctly. 
• Issue / checking Progress Billing with architect certificate. 
• Liaise closely with buyer & lawyer on settlement of documentation & DPN. 
• Checking ERP Official Receipt on collections & posting. 
• Ensure timely collection through timely billings, and loan documentation. 
• Checking & processing incoming documentations 
• Proofread outgoing documentations. 
• Filing all the required doc/s for safekeeping. 
• Month ends prepare reminder for outstanding DPN purchaser/s. 
• Checking Interest Charges for late payment purchaser/s 
• Checking 1st claim & Advise of Release for LPPSA / bank. 
• Liaise with Bank for Progress payment for bank loan. 
• Update weekly report for each purchaser/s on project. 
• Checking Final Claim & Stakeholder billing.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that the company may assign from time to time.
• Dispatch for LPPSA, Post office, Lawyer’s Office, Land Office & Majlis 
• To maintain customer goodwill and customer retention
• Prepare Lawyer Fees Listing
