Job Responsibilities
- Promptly attend/ reply to enquiries/ complaints via all channels (walk-in, calls, e-mail/live chat, Facebook, Instagram) as per the Company's SOP.
- Accurately register all enquiries/ complaints into Salesforce system.
- Escalate enquiries/ complaints to respective person-in-charge in Central/ Northern and Southern region.
- Follow up/ liaise with different departments to ensure the escalated cases are resolved.
- Follow up with daily prospects/ customers in order to obtain their contact number for leads to be routed to Sales team.
- Monitor the Facebook comments closely to ensure all comments are replied accordingly.
- Report any unusual complaints to superior for further investigation.
Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent.
- Able to speak English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers).
- Working experience in a call-center environment will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant, positive-minded and good problem solving skills.
- Able to be based in Wisma MahSing - Jalan Sungai Besi, KL.
